1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jib baji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), an internationally operated online sports betting and casino platform. By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
These Terms apply to all services offered by jib baji, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports offered), live casino games, slot games, instant games and crash games, promotional offers and bonuses, and all payment and cashier services.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.
1.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with jib baji's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (each incorporated herein by reference), constitute the entire agreement between you and jib baji with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between you and jib baji relating to the subject matter hereof.
1.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or authority of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the deposit source. jib baji cooperates fully with any legitimate request from guardians or relevant authorities to restrict a minor's access.
To register and use the jib baji platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:
- You are at least 18 years of age. Players must be 18 years or older to register, deposit, bet, or access any part of the platform.
- You are accessing the platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.

- You are of sound mind and acting under your own free will, and you are not using jib baji as a means to launder money or commit any financial crime.
2.1 Age Verification
jib baji reserves the right to request identity documents — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate — from any player at any time to verify compliance with the 18+ age requirement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jib baji support will result in the suspension of the account and withholding of any pending withdrawal until the matter is resolved.
2.2 Player Responsibility Regarding Local Laws
jib baji operates as an offshore platform serving the international market. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with the laws and regulations of your own country, state, or territory. jib baji makes no representation that accessing or using the platform is legal in any specific jurisdiction. By using jib baji, you acknowledge and accept this risk entirely.
3. Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of jib baji services, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. By completing the registration process, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.
3.1 Registration Requirements
During registration, you will be required to provide at minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. You must also choose a unique username and a strong password. jib baji may at any time require additional information to verify your identity, source of funds, or place of residence.
3.2 One Account Per Person
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one jib baji account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses. If you have inadvertently opened a duplicate account, you must inform support immediately.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jib baji login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. jib baji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jib baji support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.

3.4 KYC and Identity Verification
jib baji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
jib baji supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected local bank transfers. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees applied by jib baji on BDT transactions.
4.1 Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
- Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your jib baji balance within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation.
- jib baji does not charge a platform fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges independently.
- You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in immediate account suspension.
- jib baji reserves the right to impose deposit limits at the platform level at any time for regulatory compliance or risk management purposes.
4.2 Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
- Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
- Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 1 to 4 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business windows, subject to successful KYC verification.
- jib baji reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, regardless of amount.
- Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where jib baji has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
- Players must have wagered any deposited funds at least once before a withdrawal request can be submitted, to confirm that the deposit was made for genuine betting purposes.
4.3 Failed and Disputed Transactions
If a deposit is not reflected in your jib baji balance within a reasonable time after your payment provider confirms successful transfer, you should contact jib baji support via live chat with the transaction reference number, amount, and timestamp. jib baji will investigate and resolve confirmed transaction errors within a reasonable timeframe. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider without first contacting jib baji support constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.
5. Bonus & Promotions Terms
jib baji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotional material, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New players at jib baji may be eligible for a 100% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available to players who register a new account, complete the required verification steps, and make a qualifying first deposit within the promotional period specified at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses issued by jib baji are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotional terms. Unless stated otherwise, standard wagering requirements apply as follows:
- Sports betting bonuses: the bonus amount must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated in the specific offer) on qualifying sports markets with minimum odds.
- Casino bonuses and free spins: the bonus amount (and any winnings from free spins) must be wagered on qualifying casino games before withdrawal is permitted.

- Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotional terms. Bonuses that expire before wagering is completed are forfeited.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
jib baji actively monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and coordinated play between colluding accounts. Where bonus abuse is detected, jib baji reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the offending account without notice.
5.4 Seasonal and Reload Promotions
jib baji periodically offers reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins on featured slots, and seasonal offers tied to major cricket tournaments including BPL and IPL, and Bangladeshi cultural events such as Eid and Pohela Boishakh. Each such promotion is governed by its own specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made. jib baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time.
6. Betting & Casino Rules
All bets and wagers placed on jib baji are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or casino game, as displayed within the platform at the time of placing the bet. The following general rules apply across all betting and casino products.
6.1 Sports Betting
- All bets are final once confirmed. jib baji does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet, except where expressly provided in the sport-specific rules.
- In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with jib baji's sport-specific rules. In most cases, settled bets on completed match segments will stand, while pending bets on the incomplete event will be voided and stakes returned.
- Minimum bet amount per selection is ৳50. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, event, and market and are displayed at the point of placing the bet.
- In-play betting markets may be temporarily suspended during live events at jib baji's discretion to ensure accurate odds. Bets placed before suspension are unaffected.
- jib baji reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or data feed failure.
6.2 Casino Games
- All casino games offered on jib baji use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino games, real-time dealing from physical studios operated by licensed providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi.
- Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are disclosed in each game's information panel. RTPs reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
- In the event of a disconnection during a casino game session, jib baji's system will record the state of the game at the point of disconnection and resume or settle accordingly. jib baji is not liable for losses caused by poor internet connection on the player's side.
- jib baji reserves the right to void any casino round where a technical malfunction has demonstrably affected the outcome of the game.
6.3 Disputes and Settlement Queries
If you believe a bet or casino round has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute via jib baji live chat support within 30 days of the disputed settlement. Disputes submitted after this period will not be reviewed. jib baji will investigate all valid disputes and communicate the outcome within a reasonable timeframe. All settlement decisions made by jib baji after investigation are final and binding.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jib baji platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.
Financial Misconduct
Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, initiating fraudulent chargebacks, or using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
Automated & Fraudulent Play
Using bots, scripts, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the platform in a manner inconsistent with genuine human play.
Collusion & Match Fixing
Colluding with other players, platform employees, athletes, officials, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage through coordinated betting strategies, inside information, or manipulation of event outcomes.
Identity Fraud
Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, opening multiple accounts, or using another person's identity or payment method to access or fund a jib baji account.
Additional prohibited conduct includes: exploiting software bugs or platform errors to generate unearned credits or wins; attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with jib baji's platform technology; and publishing, distributing, or reproducing any jib baji proprietary content without written authorisation. Any attempt to circumvent jib baji's security systems, KYC processes, or responsible gaming tools will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and actioned accordingly.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by the Player
You may request closure of your jib baji account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. jib baji will process account closure requests promptly, typically within one business day.
8.2 Suspension or Closure by jib baji
jib baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
- Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
- A request from the player under jib baji's self-exclusion programme.
- A valid request from a legal guardian or relevant authority where the account holder is suspected to be underage.
- Any other circumstance where jib baji determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, its users, or the integrity of its services.
8.3 Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that gambling is becoming problematic may request a voluntary self-exclusion via jib baji's live chat support at any time. Self-exclusion periods of 1 day, 7 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent closure are available. During a self-exclusion period, jib baji will use reasonable technical means to prevent access to the account. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account during the exclusion period is a breach of these Terms. 8.4 Inactive Account Policy
An account is considered inactive if the player has not logged in or placed any bet for a period of 12 consecutive months. jib baji will notify the registered email address before applying any inactivity policy. Real-money balances on inactive accounts will be preserved and remain accessible upon the player's return, subject to completion of any required re-verification.
Limitation of Liability
jib baji's liability to any player under these Terms is limited to the value of real-money funds held in that player's account at the time of any claim. jib baji is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits jib baji's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
